They came! I was a little worried about small things like colour matching, print quality, and split spots. Boy, was I wrong to doubt. The chips are absolutely stunning. Oh and thanks so much for oiling them for me! They look, feel, and sound amazing right from the boxes. My only regret is not ordering more (which we can work on in the future).
This was such a fun process with a great end result. It was well worth the wait and the cash. Tell Jim he is really perfecting this art form! I really couldn't be happier with them (I will tell all my friends about you guys).

My wife and I visit casinos on a regular basis, and she is also a collector of vintage poker chips. When my birthday came this past August, she decided a perfect gift for me would be a custom set of poker chips for my regular Thursday game. After numerous visits to different websites, we were pretty underwhelmed by the offerings. When you see hundreds of styles at the different casinos, you want something that looks at least as good if not better, and there were not many offering available. Fortunately for me, we came across Pokerchips.com. The website is excellent, and the custom examples were perfect when deciding what to order. I noticed that many of the examples used a 7/8’’ center for the chips, but I was particular about that and wanted the custom printed center larger to fill the entire center space. Lucky for me, I talked to Wendy, and her attitude was “sure, we can do anything you want”! She was extremely patient as I had her send me at least 5 proofs until I had the center I wanted. She then worked with me to find just the right chip color, edge spot, and print style. She always sent me a proof of the final design, and made sure I was satisfied with the combinations before taking my order. My chips arrived today, and I must tell you that they exceeded my best expectations! I would put these chips up against any casino chip for style and quality. They are small works of art! Thanks to everyone for making my day! I hope these new chips will bring me good luck in the years to come.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the poker chips that I purchased a couple years ago. The guys and I have enjoyed using them during the monthly game. A few of them have even purchased their own custom chips from your company as well.  I'm sorry to say I do have one major problem with the chips, however. My monthly poker game continues to grow, and unfortunately I no longer have enough chips to disperse at each seat...see attached pictures, I'm the one in the St Louis Cardinals shirt. There were 19 people at 3 different tables last month during the first Military World Series of Poker event that I held, and it was very depressing to bring out the old plastic chips so we would have enough for everyone.
.So, I was thinking about buying an additional 600 chips with a premium case like I did before. I would like to add the body colors of green, purple, and black to go with the original red, white, and blue that I already have. 100 of the red, white, and blue...125 of the green, 125 of the black, and 50 of the purple.
.Again, I would just like to say what a fantastic job you did on my poker chips. Believe it or not, I actually carry one with me all the time, and I'm constantly showing my family, friends, and the people I meet traveling around the world with the President what a great product you have. I pass your website to nearly everyone I meet...after we start talking poker. I may very well be your best marketing person in the history of your company! Your chips recently played in a game in Canberra, Australia when I was there supporting Mr. Bush's visit. Don't be surprised if you have a couple orders coming from Australia soon! :-).

I have received my order a few weeks ago, and I just wanted to say I absolutely love them. We played our first game last night (eight people) and the poker veterans thought they were the coolest. And the new players ask me, "Why do ever go to play at Foxwoods (Casino) if you have chips like these?" You guys did a great job, I could not have asked for anything more, from Wendy helping me with the logo to giving me the extra "run over" chips. I told my friends that these were casino quality chips, and they disagreed, stating that these chips were FAR SUPERIOR to many of the casino chips we had used! ...................................................................
Once again, thanks for my new favorite toy, and I wouldn't be surprised if a few of my friends made orders in the future. The only downfall of having such nice chips is there is nothing I can buy for my poker game that can trump these!
